A few weeks ago I participated in a Facebook Virtual Crop. It was lots of fun 'cropping' with consultants all over Australia via the internet. During the course of the weekend we were given page challenges to complete. The lovely ladies who organised the event have given permission for me to share these challenges with you! Big thanks to Bernadette Lewin, Karen Page and Lynda Yeadon. Here is the third sketch we worked from, "Circle & Banner" by Bernadette Lewin...

Beginning today, I will post a Word of the Dayon my Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/PassionateAboutPages
Your challenge is to use that word as the inspiration for a page or a card. You can make a literal interpretation or be a bit creative!
For instance, if the word was 'Dog' you may include photos of your dog, a stamp of a dog, use a doggy pun in your title or put photos of Yoga on the page! (Downward dog is everyone's favourite pose)
I have seen many of these Starburst layouts made by other consultants and I have loved everyone of them. I decided it was high time Ito have a go myself! You can make yours using a monochromatic colour scheme like this one, use all the papers from one pack or do something bright and daring! All options work.
Here's how to do it...
Mount your feature photo and add it to the page.
The sentiment is stamped using July's Stamp of the Month Life Is Wonderful (which you can get FREE this month*). He…

My drawers hold Bling & Embellishments, Flip Flaps, Ribbons & Shimmer Trim, Adhesives, Blocks and Cleaners, Pens and Smal…
I happened to glance down at the Ice Cream cone stamp on my work table one day when the stamp was upside down. All of a sudden all I could see was a clown's head - the ice-cream had gone!
All my ladies at Saturday's Paper Picnic loved these cuties so much I thought I'd share the 'How To' with all of you.
Turn the ice cream cone upside down and make a clown. CTMH June SOTM 'Ice Cream Dream' S1507 is so versatile!
Stamp 2 Ice Cream cones in Pixie ink on white daisy cardstock.
